Overview

Frequently asked questions
TruePrivacy requires a service principal with the Storage Blob Data Reader role on the storage accounts or containers to be scanned. This role grants read-only access to blob data without access to account keys or management operations.
Yes. Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 is built on Azure Blob Storage and is supported by TruePrivacy's Azure connector. Hierarchical namespace (directory structure) is fully traversed during scanning.
